I am a fully licensed Coach in Running Fitness through UK Athletics, currently completing the UKA βEvent Group - Enduranceβ course to provide me with additional skills and knowledge in coaching endurance running (5k up to ultra-marathon).
I work with people of all-abilities, and have coached people from beginners starting their running journey with a couch to 5k, up to experienced runners capable of a sub 3-hour marathon.
My coaching ethos prioritises enjoyment of running, because after all, if itβs not fun then whatβs the point? I love seeing people grow in confidence and strength, realise what they are capable of, and start to love the sport.
