Scrambled Leggs is a fantastic running club. Sarah is a professional coach who is very welcoming and supportive of everyone. Sarah welcomes all abilities to her group, whether you are a beginner runner or a veteran marathon runner.

You will enjoy the variety of Sarah's sessions; she positively challenges you to get you out of your comfort zone. She is inspiring, and I like her coaching style.

She has created such a fabulous community of like-minded people who want to keep fit and have fun together. I highly recommend Scrambled Leggs Running Group.

I’ve been fortunate to have met Sarah through her Instagram account @scrambledleggsrunning.

She’s easy to talk to about running whether complete beginner, experienced runner or someone looking to find enjoyment in running, I know, I’ve been there!

And in the short time I’ve known her, Sarah has already helped me find new motivation to improve by focusing my attention on the right things without distracting me with unachievable goals or taking the fun out of how I like to run.

I think this is down to her listening skills, and adaption to my way of doing things. I highly recommend her running coaching.

After falling out of love with the lockdown ‘Dad bod’ I’ve just completed week 3 of running again.

I definitely do it with gritted teeth and want to give up after the first 100m but Sarah has been a game changer with her sessions.

I exercise for the mental gains as much as the physical and these drills, sprints and runs have been amazing. Thanks Sarah.
