How it works
We are all different, in our strengths and weaknesses but also in the way we train and develop. I offer personalised training schedules to help you stay on track towards reaching your goals; whether that’s faster times, building up to a new distance or simply rediscovering your mojo.
Training plans are bespoke and take into account your lifestyle and background to ensure a safe and realistic approach. Each session is tailored to your target goal in the context of your current ability.
After an initial free consultation we will decide which option works best for you. I am also able to include strength and conditioning exercises for you to complete alongside runs if requested.
